A quick welcome to the massage studio….
After graduating from Baltimore School of Massage in 2003, I opened A Time to Unwind Massage Therapy Studio.
In 2014, I graduated from Penn State with an A.S. as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have worked with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and other holistic practitioners.
We have since transitioned into Unwind Massage Therapy and Wellness Studio, creating a great team of resources within our community focusing on massage, health and wellness.
